DO I NEED A USER ACCOUNT TO USE Rapid PDH'S WEBSITE?

You need to have a user account and login when you wish to purchase courses online for PDH credit, or access information stored in My Account, such as your certificates of completion and receipts from previous purchases.

HOW DOES Rapid PDH USE THE INFORMATION THAT I PROVIDE?

Rapid PDH will not share information about you to any other party without your consent, except when purchasing a course using your credit card, information that you input is provided to our secure online payment processor. Rapid PDH respects your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

HOW CAN I RESET MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password link located on the My Account log in page. A new password will be sent to your registered email account. Log in with this temporary password, then click the Change Password link to create a new password that is easy for you to remember.

HOW DO I FIND THE COURSES I HAVE PURCHASED?

To view the course material, take quizzes, or download certificates of completion, use the My Account link on any page. Once you have logged in, look for the “Go to your Courses” link in the dashboard. There you will see a list of all of your courses (you need to enroll in a course before you can take it). To start a course, click on the “Launch Course” button next to the course title.

WHAT IS PDH AND CEU?

PDH means Professional Development Hours and CEU means Continuing Education Credit. To earn one (1) CEU, you need ten (10) PDH hours of contact. Some states use CPD (Continuing Professional Development) or CPC (Continuing Professional Competency). These are both terms that refer to one hour of training time.

WHAT IS MY STATE BOARD'S REQUIREMENT FOR LICENSE RENEWAL?

The number of PDH units required for license renewal varies by state. For most states that require continuing professional development, it is typically between 12 to 15 hours if renewed annually or 24 to 30 hours if renewed biennially. Refer to Rapid PDH’s list of State Requirements(MENU) for more details.

DOES Rapid PDH GUARANTEE THAT MY COURSES WILL BE ACCEPTED?

In most states that require continuing education to maintain licensure, it is the individual engineer’s responsibility to ensure that activities meet board requirements. All Rapid PDH courses have been designed to meet state requirements; however we do offer 100% satisfaction and a full refund if you are not fully satisfied with a course for any reason.

DOES Rapid PDH OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, Rapid PDH periodically offers discounts to our customers. Customers will be notified via email of discounts or promotions. They will also be listed on our website. WHAT IS THE PASSING GRADE FOR AN ONLINE QUIZ?

A score of at least 70% is required to pass the quiz. All quizzes are multiple choice questions created from the course material.

CAN I RETAKE THE QUIZ IF I DO NOT PASS IT ON THE FIRST ATTEMPT?

Yes, you must first review the course material and then you can retake the quiz. Questions and answers are randomized, so you may see different questions on subsequent attempts.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING RECORDS OF MY PDH ACTIVITIES?

You are responsible for maintaining a record of your PDH activities and providing information to your state board. Upon successfully completing a course and passing the quiz on Rapid PDH, you will be able to print the certificate of completion and save it for your records. For your convenience, we provide free, unlimited access to additional copies of your certificate through your login account.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE AN ONLINE COURSE BEFORE IT EXPIRES?

You will have 90 days to complete your online course from the date of purchase. If you need more time, we may grant an extension on a case by case basis. To request an extension, email us at info@rapidphd.com.
Importance of Finishing Courses On Time
Rapid PDH online courses are designed to be completed within the allowable time frame. Extending course completion may make you out of compliance with the DOT or other training mandates. The DOT requires initial training within 90 days of employment and recurrent training is required within three years of your initial training anniversary.

CAN I TRANSFER AN ONLINE COURSE TO ANOTHER STUDENT?

If you have not enrolled in your course, your course has not expired and you have not already received your certificate, you can transfer your course to another student by enrolling them in the course using the Account Dashboard. Navigate to the list of courses you have purchased and enroll another student, using their name and email address. If you need assistance, contact us at info@rapidphd.com.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

If your course has not expired and you have not already received your certificate, then we will issue you a refund of 50% of the purchase price. However, if your course has expired or you received your certification, then we cannot issue any refunds. If you need to request a refund, email us at info@rapidphd.com.
